The Cost of Services

Where Can I Find a Price List?

Life Options provides all our medical services, education, classes, and support at no cost to our community. Every individual deserves access to care, information, and support, without cost being a barrier. Whether you’re facing an unexpected pregnancy or just need someone to talk to, we are here to serve, not sell.

Unlike clinics that may profit from your decision, we are a holistic nonprofit organization focused on your health, your future, and your peace of mind. We don't benefit financially from any choice you make, which means there’s no pressure and no strings attached to getting the facts and talking through your options.

Next Level Care

When you visit our clinic, you’ll find licensed medical professionals providing pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, STI testing, and more—all free of charge. You can also access parenting classes, material support like diapers and formula, and referrals for housing, counseling, or medical care. These services are designed to empower you with knowledge and practical support so you can make the best decision for yourself.

Before you make any pregnancy decision, get the clarity you need—without pressure, judgment, or financial stress. Your life matters, your story matters, and support is just a visit away.

Do I Need Insurance?

Since these services are provided at no cost to you, there’s no billing, no co-pays, and no need to involve insurance companies. This approach protects your privacy and ensures that cost is never a barrier to getting the care and support you need—especially if you're uninsured, underinsured, or worried about others seeing an insurance claim.

How Much Does an Abortion Cost?

The cost and type of abortion available often depend on how far along you are in your pregnancy, the method used, and where you receive care. Medication abortion typically costs less but is only an option up to a certain number of weeks. Surgical abortions can be more expensive. Several key factors impact the price of an abortion.

  • Gestational age (how far along you are): Determines whether you're eligible for abortion pills or a surgical procedure.

  • Clinic/provider fees: Costs vary widely by provider and region.

  • Additional services: Required exams, labs, follow-ups, or sedation can add to the cost.

That’s why the first step is confirming how far along you are through an obstetric ultrasound. We don’t provide or refer for abortion services (and do not profit from your choice), but we can provide ultrasound verification for you at no cost.
