The ultrasound can be helpful in confirming your pregnancy location in your uterus and gestational age. This information can help you take your next steps with clarity and confidence. If you are greater than 14.6 weeks pregnant, give us a call to discuss other ultrasound options. ​

If you require care beyond what we offer, we’ll refer you to trusted local doctors and specialists, including obstetrician-gynecologists (OB-GYNs), primary care physicians, and other relevant professionals.

Prenatal Classes 

Want to be prepared for what to expect at each stage of your pregnancy and delivery? Life Options offers support to moms and dads with a 20-week pregnancy education program. The program is designed to help support you on all baby topics during pregnancy such as the emotions of pregnancy, big belly mom hacks, what is safe during pregnancy, your second trimester, shaken baby syndrome, eating for two, nesting, preparing for a c-section, simply breastfeeding, caring for yourself after birth, labor and delivery, co-parenting, what to expect when you take your baby home from the hospital, and many other topics.  These web-based lessons are sent directly to you via text message or email, giving you the convenience of learning made easy at your own pace and convenience.  As an added bonus, by choosing to participate in the program, you will receive diapers and wipes at every appointment you attend.

Parenting Classes

After your baby arrives, Life Option can continue to support you with parenting education. Individual classes are available to you on topics such as potty training, tantrums, whining, siblings, bonding with your toddler, toddler play, toddler accidents, month milestones, teething, baby language, getting your baby to move, infant nutrition, and many more topics. These classes also offer incentives for participation.

Group Classes 

Life Options offers group classes throughout the year in conjunction with local partnerships. Three standard group classes include Car Seat Safety, Infant CPR and Choking, and Breastfeeding.

• Car Seat Safety: During the car seat safety class, you will learn how to properly install your child’s car seat, and car seats are provided to participants in need of a car seat.

• Infant Choking & CPR group class: Infant CPR and Choking is a non-certification class taught by CPR/First Aid instructors.   This group class teaches you what foods are choking hazards for your child, how to safely cut up foods, and the steps involved with initiating CPR or first aid for your child. Live practice opportunities on manikins will equip you with supportive skills to help your child until trained professionals can arrive on the scene.

Free Baby Supplies

Life Options has an on-site baby boutique. You can pick out brand new baby items for your baby with our earn while you learn program. Earn while you learn, an incentivized program allows you to earn baby boutique points by watching lessons, attending your OB appointments, including a support person in your visits, and attending sessions at Life Options. These are just a few of the ways you can earn points to spend in our baby boutique.

Fatherhood Support 

Life Options offers support to new dads by offering education and mentorship in a one-on-one setting with our Fatherhood educators. Individual lessons available include topics such as Baby Care Basics for Dads, Being a Role Model, Being a Leader, Loving Discipline, Respect for Mothers, and How to Support the Mother of your baby. Dads also have the opportunity to earn free baby supplies for their babies and other supportive tools.

Elevate Program 

This is a one-on-one program designed to help you evaluate your relationships, set boundaries, recognize destructive habits, and establish accountability mentors. This program is designed to support individuals desiring sexual integrity and educate them on the truth regarding pornography, STDs, and their sexual health risks.
