OUR HEARTBEAT
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Life Options! They are our most valuable resource. Our client advocates, sonographers, and receptionists are required to take a 20-hour training workshop and undergo several weeks of orientation before seeing clients one-on-one.
Volunteer in Center:
Reception
Answer the phones, welcome guests to the center, and accept donations.
Baby Boutique
Restock the baby boutique, sort donations, and keep inventory on what has been donated and distributed
Baby Bottle Drive Coordinator
Connect with local churches and organizations about hosting baby bottle drives. Coordinate pick up and drop off of baby bottles and be the liaison between Life Options and the Baby Bottle site.
Education Volunteer
Work directly with clients on mentoring them and educating them on the prenatal and parenting coursework.
Mentors/Chaperones
Life Options is always seeking individuals who want to serve in mentorship roles and meet with young moms and dads. We also seek second parties to serve as chaperones to our group classes or during our ultrasound appointments.
Life Options volunteers are highly committed, compassionate people who make a big difference in the lives of our clients. A typical time commitment involves a weekly three-hour shift. Because we are committed to upholding a high level of care for the women who come to us, all potential volunteers undergo a screening and interview process.

Become an Ambassador for Your Church or Organization
Our Church and organization ambassadors serve as a liaison for Life Options. They update their groups on needs, prayer requests, upcoming events, share our statistics, and educate their groups on the great things Life Options is doing to serve the clients who walk through our doors.

Volunteer Behind the Scenes
Our behind-the-scenes volunteers perform a variety of tasks for the organization. We utilize volunteers to serve in security roles, prepare snacks or food for our group classes, write thank you notes to our supporters, design marketing campaigns, distribute marketing materials, organize donation drives, plow snow, mow the grass, serve as janitorial staff in our centers after hours, or complete a variety of building maintenance projects. The possibilities to serve are endless!

Life Options
Life Options is a 501-c3 faith-based non-profit in the state of Missouri. We exist to help women and families experiencing an unplanned pregnancy by providing factual, life-affirming information about all their options in a safe, loving, nonjudgmental environment.
